Florentino Landscaping LLC was founded in 2016 as a small, family-run crew with a straightforward goal: give Seattle-area homeowners a landscaper who actually understands the Pacific Northwest. Wet winters, dry summers, moss, saturated soils, and steep, wooded lots demand more than a mower and a truck — they demand real local know-how.

Over the years, we've grown into a full-service company that designs, builds, and maintains outdoor spaces for homes, HOAs, and commercial properties across King and Snohomish counties. From weekly lawn care and moss renovation to paver patios, engineered retaining walls, French drains, cedar fencing, and 24/7 storm response, we bring the same meticulous, site-first approach to every job.

What sets us apart is how we read a Pacific Northwest property. Seattle's mild marine climate swings from a long, wet season that breeds moss, compaction, and drainage trouble to dry summers that stress lawns and new plantings. Add glacial-till and clay soils, steep wooded lots, and older drainage systems, and a generic mow-and-go approach simply doesn't hold up. We plan every yard around that wet-to-dry cycle so it performs in February and looks its best in July.
